Introduction

Most businesses are running on a patchwork of tools that don't talk to each other - WhatsApp for communication, Excel for records, a separate app for payments, one for Project Management, another for HR. Every day, time and information gets lost moving between them.

Workspace is our answer to that problem. It's a single platform where your organisation's operations, communication, and data live together - built specifically for how businesses actually work. It's not ready yet. But it's coming - and we're building it with input from the businesses it's designed to serve.

Workspace Vs Existing tools

The reality of business software is that companies are often forced to choose between two extremes: massive, rigid systems that require months of expensive consultant setup, or cluttered collections of disconnected apps that overwhelm teams with unnecessary features.

This is a huge barrier for growing and small businesses in Africa who need the power of digital tools, but are left underserved by platforms built for entirely different markets. And we are solving it by building a unified workspace that is immediately intuitive, focusing on rapid time-to-value and seamless local integrations, and giving teams exactly what they need from day one - without hidden costs, or steep learning curves.

  • Work on any device, anywhere: Accessible on desktop and mobile, designed to work even on slower internet connections because we know that's the reality in many parts of Africa.
  • Grow with you: Start with the functions you need today. Add more as your organisation grows. You only pay for what you use.

Built to fit your situation - not the other way around

Some businesses need their data stored on their own servers, others prefer the simplicity of cloud access from anywhere. Workspace supports both. If you're already using other tools or systems, we're building Workspace to connect with them - rather than forcing you to abandon everything and start over.

Where we are right now

We started with research, talking to businesses, across the region to understand what's actually broken before development. Here's the timeline:

Aug 2025: Field research and market surveys completed.

Oct - Dec 2025: System design and planning completed.

Jan 2026: Core development underway.

March 2026: Active testing and refinement.

Next Phases: Quality assurance, and early access rollout.
